As a native New Yorker, John has been both owner and tenant on the Upper East
Side, the Upper West Side and Murray Hill. He also has an intimate knowledge
of the Financial District, having spent each day there in his previous career as a
trader.
It is this unique combination - his training and experience in assessing real value
coupled with his knowledge of and love for the city - that make John so indispensable
to his clients. Extremely intelligent and patient, he also uses his analytical skills to
be a strong negotiator. Ultimately, he derives the most satisfaction from knowing
that he has justified a client's trust in what is one of the most important financial
decisions of their life.
An avid golfer, John tries to get on the course whenever time allows. He is also
aware of our responsibility to each other and is involved in efforts focused on
ovarian cancer as well as the education of our youth.
