Whether they've looked for a quaint flat on Charles Street, a sunny loft on Mercer Street, a starter apartment on Avenue B, or a lavish condo in Chelsea, John Spalding has a track record of success assisting his clients in finding just the right home in Manhattan.  When working with clients, his approach is centered on research, feedback, and analysis.  With John, the object is to match his buyers and renters with just the right properties, and match his owners with the right tenants and buyers. He considers himself part matchmaker and part personal shopper.

John's passion for Manhattan, and for real estate, is what has allowed him to excel over the past few years as an agent.  He started off working at a top SoHo real estate boutique where he became one of the top agents and ascended into management.  His diverse clientele has included actors, authors, politicians, curators and business owners. 

He holds a BA in Anthropology, and is a resident of the East Village in Downtown Manhattan. His heroes are F. Scott Fitzgerald and T.S. Eliot. He enjoys writing in his spare time; he is also a die hard Jets fan.
