A Hard driven Professional, he has successful experience in various
facets from construction to the rental and
sales market to studying Civil Engineering and most presently Psychology in which he is PreMed. He immediately launched his
property management company upon returning from service in the U.S. Army which reinforced his attention to detail, hunger for advancement and
resourcefulness. He grew up with a solid work ethic and hard drive that
had him involved in serious Building projects at age 15.
Having traveled to numerous cities and countries while in the Army allowed Katriel to truly explore and hone his love of Art and Real Estate. His recent management of a multi family homes' renovation and successful introduction to the rental market in Park Slope, Brooklyn was inspired by one of his trips to Ankara, Turkey.
A natural at any given situation, Katriel embodies the very motto the Army instilled, reinforced and which he strongly believes in "Adapt, Adjust, and Overcome".
