Marina Brennan is a native Russian who arrived to New York and instantly fell in love with the city. In Russia she attended one of the country's most prominent law departments at Voronezh State University. 

She still has the lawyer spirit, especially when it comes to listening to people, paying attention to detail, and negotiating deals.

Before working in New York real estate Marina was a Realtor in Austin, Texas. In Austin, she obtained a National Association or Realtors designation "Realtor, Green." She has a strong knowledge of LEED certified properties. If you decide to remodel or upgrade your apartment, she can also help you transition to an environmentally-friendly lifestyle. She has a wealth of contacts from New York's LEED certified architects, environmentally-friendly furniture sellers, to kitchen re-modelers.

Marina also serves as a relocation consultant for other companies. She makes transitioning to New York City easy for new hires and handles all aspects of relocation: from before they come into New York City to seeing them through with their move into the best possible apartment.

Marina is fluent in both English and Russian which enables her to work with international clients as well as domestic ones.

As an animal lover and activist, Marina spent time volunteering for an animal shelter.
Marina is a strong believer in the future of LEED certified development.
