Michael was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts, and developed a passion for real estate at 16 years old after reading Donald Trump’s book “The Art of the Deal.
Michael received his B.S. degree in Marketing from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and worked in the technology field with companies like Bank of America, Thomson Financial and Google.
After several successful years in the marketing and the sales arena, Michael decided to pursue his real estate passion and in 2004 co-founded Stelmach Realty in Boston, MA. Within 6 months Michael had sold millions in properties for Stelmach Realty. After continued success at Stelmach Realty, in 2006 Michael decided it was time to make the big move to Manhattan and become a realtor in the real estate capital of the world.
In his short time at Nest Seekers Michael has become a sales agent specialist in new development condominiums and cop-ops in Tribeca, Soho the Financial District and the Upper West Side. With his background in marketing and customer service Michael prides himself on giving his clients the highest level of service and detail possible
In his spare time Michael loves rooting for his Boston sports teams which always makes for “entertaining” conversations with the New York locals who loathe Boston sports teams. Michael also actively fund raises and volunteers for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of New York.
