As a result of his professional background & upbringing, Nahabed is well acquainted with the Metropolitan area. He has always been fascinated with the architecture that surrounded him and also developed an appreciation for the thoughtful interior designs of the spaces he has been exposed to over the years. After obtaining his high school diploma, Nahabed went on to study International Business Management. Expectedly, his interest for Real Estate sales and investments evolved into a passion. He decided to pursue a full time career in Real Estate and continues to be mentored by his father, a notably successful Real Estate Agent/investor in the South Florida area.
Nahabed successfully became licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in Manhattan at the age of 22. His diversified exposure to both residential and commercial leases/investments deems him a "Hybrid" agent. Without doubt, Nahabed has the necessary knowledge and resources to help you with your real estate needs. To boot, he is presently working towards a certification focused in Commercial Real Estate transactions.
