Nazan Aykent joins Nestseekers International as a licensed sales associate working with The Campbell Group, lead by Jessica C. Campbell, Senior Vice President, Managing Director. With a background in Landscape Architecture and Design, Nazan has the keen sensibility to understand the efficient use of space and the ability to help clients envision a property’s potential. She maintains a strong relationship with Architecture Firms, Developers and Interior Designers in New York City and Internationally.
Nazan’s genuine and straightforward personality has continually earned her appreciation from her customers throughout her diverse professional past. She has a natural aesthetic appreciation and a strong attention to detail. Her strong work ethic and dedication to client service enables her to work on a variety of placements in such a highly competitive real estate market. Her understanding of her client’s needs, timeline and her natural negotiation skills enable her to work on a deal from start to close expertly.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Istanbul University and background in hospitality and client service. Nazan was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey and has lived and worked in New York City for the last 10 years, currently residing on the Upper Westside.
