As a teenager, Nicholas worked as a laborer to finish carpenter and estimator in his family's general contracting business (which was founded in 1971). During his college years at Hofstra University, Nicholas interned at a real estate law firm in Long Island, NY, gaining knowledge in all areas of real estate.
He first fell in love with real estate and the Hamptons culture after building alongside his family’s first spec home in Southampton Village, which has grown to become a longstanding rewarding venture.
