Originally from Worcester, Mass. Nichole moved to New York City in 2000 to pursue a career in the fashion industry and attend the Fashion Institute of Technology where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Fabric Styling. After working for a few years in the fashion industry as a fabric and fashion stylist she decided to indulge in her other passion, Real Estate!
Armed with an extensive knowledge of the Manhattan marketplace and impressive communications skills, Nichole seamlessly navigates clients and customers through the often confusing maze of Manhattan Properties. Her approach for various objectives that may arise is quite simple, she deals with them before they becomes major issue’s; everything from negotiating deals, qualifying buyers, acquiring financing, passing co-op boards, and pricing property.

Nichole goes the distance to keep her customers informed and assist buyers in visualizing all the possibilities of a space so that they won’t pass up a good opportunity.
