Thanks for all your help with the sale of my coop.  I realize we had some challenging prospects and and challenging management company and I recognize how hard you both worked to get through the issues they created.  I really appreciated your sense of urgency and willingness to do whatever it took to  keep this sale moving forward.  That all became evident to me early on when on a minutes notice you had someone from your office pick up a check from me at my office, and deliver that check to the management company to get the offering plan for delivery to the buyers attorney.  That really was impressive and saved us days.

In the end you delivered what you promised, a cash buyer, which ultimately made for a very easy closing..  It was a pleasure working with both of you and I wish you success in your future endeavors.
