As the Manager of the Upper West Side Office of Nest Seekers International, Sabrina completed a timely lease-out of the 100 unit rental building, 'The Bentley' for Atlantic Development. 'Noma 175', the first new construction condominium in Inwood, was smoothely marketed and sold thanks to Sabrina and her associate, Susan Davis Eley. Sabrina and Susan are now handling the condominium conversion of the elegant 314 W 100th Street for Mann Realty, along with Senior Vice Presidents David Tobon and Michael Arcos.

"Every apartment has a story, and I love to tell it," Sabrina says.

A graduate of Bryn Mawr College and the New Actors Workshop, Sabrina has studied with influential intellectual and artistic leaders -- on both sides of the Ivory Tower. Her acting training includes study with Mike Nichols, George Morrison, Paul Sills and Gene Hackman. Her claim to fame in the acting world includes appearing on the first episode of 'The Dave Chappelle Show'. Sabrina got the job of a young Mom quizzing a teenage babysitter because she literally 'opened a door'. Little did she know how well cast she was for the role!
