Mr. Millian serves as President of the Russian American Chamber of Commerce in the USA and has been featured in business programs of "Voice of America"," Voice of Russia", and reviews by Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Times, "Washington Life" magazine, "Craine’s New York", and has worked as exclusive selling broker for projects with Donald Trump and Jorge Perez.

These assets are crucial to determine the exact property type and area his customers want, and in securing that special home of their dreams or investment property in the United States whether it is New York, Atlanta, Miami or any other major destination.
Mr. Millian currently is the owner of Millian Group, Inc., Interchallenge Translations, Interpreting, and Localization, and advertiser and distributor of the bilingual quarterly business magazine "Russian-American Business" and the monthly RACC Newsletter.
Mr. Millian attended the Academy of Business Administration by the President of the Republic of Belarus, where he studied international law and graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University, where he studied Foreign Languages and Diplomacy.
In 2005, Mr. Millian was elected Director of Russian American Federation.
In the 2006-2012 period Mr. Millian delivered over 200 speeches and presentations on the topics of doing business in Russia and US-Russia business, economic, commercial, and investment relations at such prestigious venues as European Parliament(Brussels), international conference "Russia and The WTO", Russian National Exhibition in Chicago, Moscow International Energy Forum, Columbia University, Berkley University, Southern Center for International Studies, Federal Reserve Bank, etc.
In 2010, Mr. Millian established International Business Development Center on New York's Wall Street at the Russian American Chamber to assist the Russian entrepreneurs in entering the US market with maximum speed and minimal risk and expenses.
He speaks five foreign languages fluently: English, Russian, Belarusian, Italian, and Spanish.
