Sung Ok Kwon was fascinated in the rich detail of Victorian architecture and then the contemporary architecture for its bold, crisp simplicity. Now her interest is developing towards deco objects which blend and add detail while adding warmth in a plain, contemporary atmosphere. Her fascination of Victorian architecture led her to purchase a detailed brownstone building and a gray stone. She rehabbed them for modern convenience while keeping their original details. During the rehab processes she earned a great deal of mechanical knowledge, particularly plumbing, electric and fixtures. She also understands the beauty of function and convenience. Her concept was to keep the original character while providing modern convenience. After she purchased a current new construction, aimed for her home decorating setting, she further explored her interest in landscaping and gardening. She believes in function before beauty, foundation before application. She is constantly developing her interest further in real estate. She believes her role as a landlord, contractor, investor and decorator will be greatly helpful for her clients, whether they look for nest or for profit. She will always sharpen her knowledge and information up to date to stay in front.

Sung Ok Kwon finished her Masters of Fine Arts in Painting at Hong Ik University in Seoul, South Korea, tied for valedictorian, before coming to America to pursuit further education at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago for her second Master of Fine Arts degree. She taught shortly at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Dominican University before working in commercial graphics. She also had numerous exhibitions internationally. Over a decade, she ran her own art school to prepare portfolio students. Most of her students earned high-honors scholarships at top art schools. The result came from instilling a strong foundation which leads to further develop advanced concepts.

Currently, She is concentrating in Midtown area where heavy Korean population works and lives. She believes through the '7' train area, Flushing, Jackson Heights, Long Island City and Midtown to soon to be Hudson Yard can be bigger tract than anywhere else in New York along with growing Asian economy also will be fallowed by Latin America. Ever lasting changes of real estate brought her to sales from the invest and costruction. Her knowledge and passion will befallowed by client's need. Behind her modest smile, she is tough negotiator, sharp decision maker. She hardly stops working until she gets the best result. Whether client is looking for  fine nest, short term-invest or long term-invest, she will do her best to solve clients' need in the most efficient, reliable and trustworthy manner.
