Sung Ok Kwon was fascinated in the rich detail of Victorian architecture. Since then she started to invest and develop numerous townhouses.  Her education in Master of fine art at the School of Art Institute of Chicago and Hong Ik University in Seoul, with honor of Valedictorian, helped her right direction in luxury high end area. Constant study in ever changing New York real estate  brought her 5-10 year advanced map. With her knowledge of location, building material, engineering and decorating part of real estate, she is concentrating for the clients who is seeking for nest plus clients, investors or individuals who is looking for bigger return in the future. She will always sharpen her knowledge and information up to date to stay in front.

Currently, she is concentrating in Midtown area where heavy Korean population works and lives. She believes through the '7' train area, Flushing, Jackson Heights, Long Island City and Midtown to soon to be Hudson Yard can be bigger tract than anywhere else in New York along with growing Asian economy, also will be fallowed by Latin America. Ever lasting changes of real estate brought her to sales from the invest and costruction. Her knowledge and passion will be fallowed by client's need.
