Sung Ok Kwon was fascinated by the rich detail of Victorian architecture; so much so, that she began investing in and developing numerous townhouses.  Her education in Fine Art at the Art Institute of Chicago and Hong Ik University in Seoul, with honor of being valedictorian, helped her right direction in luxury high end area. Constant study in ever-changing New York real estate brought her a 5-10 year advanced map. With her knowledge of location, building material, engineering, and decorating, she effectively helps her clients seek out their nest (as well as clients and investors who are looking for a bigger return in the future).  She keeps her knowledge sharp and hones up-to-date information in order to stay in the front line of real estate.

She currently concentrates on the Midtown area, which is densely populated with Korean residences and work.  She believes that the '7' train area--Flushing, Jackson Heights, Long Island City, and Midtown (and, soon, Hudson Yard)--can be a bigger tract than anywhere else in New York, along with growing Asian economy.
