William Doscher is a licensed salesperson with Nest Seekers International, one of the largest real estate brokerage sales and marketing firms in New York City. In less than two years, William's outstanding sales record and enthusiasm caught the eye of the Nest Seekers management team and earned him a promotion to manage and grow the firm's Village sales office. In addition to working with his own clients, William oversees a team of nearly 30 agents and actively partakes in the firm's business development and recruitment efforts.
William has significant experience advising and representing sellers, buyers and renters of Manhattan real estate including condos, new developments, co-ops and townhouses. He is heavily focused on delivering results that meet his clients' goals, and works relentlessly to provide his clients with a vast knowledge of current offerings, the latest market trends, and advice on pricing, marketing and negotiation strategies.
Prior to joining Nest Seekers, William began his career in real estate working onsite with Rockrose Development, one of New York City's premier owner-manager-developers. He successfully leased two of Rockrose's finest residential properties in Midtown Manhattan and Long Island City. William's hard work and tenacity was quickly recognized by Nest Seekers management, and he was immediately approached to work with one of the firm's top-producing sales teams.
William graduated magna cum laude in 2009 from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. His hobbies include running, reading, traveling, tennis and music.
He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
