William Doscher is a Vice President and Sales Manager at Nest Seekers International, one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in New York City. 
In just under two years, William's outstanding sales record and enthusiasm caught the eye of the Nest Seekers management team and earned him a promotion to manage and grow the firm's downtown sales office. As manager, he is responsible for recruiting and sales support for over thirty salespeople.

William has extensive experience representing buyers, sellers and renters in Manhattan real estate transactions for all property types including condos, coops, townhouses and new developments. 
Whether his client is the seller, first-time buyer or savvy investor, William is a trusted adviser focused on delivering results that exceed the goals of his clientele. He is dedicated to providing his clients with a vast knowledge of current offerings, the latest market trends, as well as advice on pricing, marketing and negotiation strategies.

Prior to joining Nest Seekers, William was a leasing agent with Rockrose Development, a prestigious developer and owner of several luxury residential, commercial and retail properties throughout New York City. Here, William discovered his passion for real estate and gained invaluable career expertise that resulted in his ability to maintain maximum occupancy rates in two of Rockrose's finest rental properties.

William graduated with Honors from the University of Rhode Island where he earned a BA in Economics. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of New York and a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.
