Upon completion of military service in the Israeli Air Force in 1989,
Yigal Alon joined his family’s successful Haifa-based real estate
business. With hard work and great determination, he soon earned key
positions at the firm. Further fanning the flames of his newly born
passion for real estate was his later entry into powerhouse companies
like, CPB Ltd., Kur Corp., and Chitrith Equities as, in most cases, an
active partner and shareholder.
With 16 years experience in real estate development and
entrepreneurship, Yigal moved to The Big Apple with big dreams and a
keen eye on his new mission: To elevate urban living.
In 2005, Yigal, with goal in mind and Blackberry in hand, commenced his
New York real estate career as an agent in a small residential rental
firm. Quickly learning the local market and gleaning inspiration from
its unique character, he immediately became one of the top-selling
brokers in his firm, to the extent that he was recruited to train all
new brokers at the firm.
In addition to Yigal’s demonstrated bias for real estate, his
lesser-known but equally enjoyed passions include reading, biking, and
fitness training. He enjoys the art of photography, attends classes in
Kaballah, a popular form of Jewish mysticism, and flies artisan aircraft
in those rare occasions when he’s not negotiating top deals for his
clients.
