Zhe Li has been a real estate professional since 2009. She boasts an extensive background in real estate valuation, finance and investment, advisory, asset management, and luxury hotel operations. She is currently a real estate analyst at Nest Seekers International, a strong real estate team specializing in sales, rentals, corporate housing, construction, and development.
Zhe works side by side with some of the top real estate brokers and agents at the firm's commercial division, specializing in the leasing of retail, office, and other commercial spaces in Manhattan, as well as investment building sales and capitalization. She also works on analyzing commercial real estate asset finances and selecting investment properties for clients.
Zhe is a bilingual speaker of English and Chinese. Having worked and lived in North America, Europe, and Asia, she is recognized as an expert on US and international markets. She has developed profound relationships with owners, developers, investors, and lenders from around the world. Her clients include NYSE-traded public international real estate investment trust as well as leading NYC hotel owners/developers/operators. She is an energetic, persuasive, and motivated professional eager to fulfill her clients' real estate needs.
Zhe has a Master's degree in Hotel Investment from New York University. She wishes there were more hours in the day; in her free time she takes classes at Broadway Dance Center and sits on Princeton Club Program Committee.
