Bruno Mars buys $3.254M home on Los Angeles' famed Mullholland Drive

Good news from the land of 20-somethings today: Bruno Mars has dropped $3.254M on a home on Los Angeles' famed Mullholland Drive. According to The Real Estalker, the property was scooped up for $1.235M last May by sellers who turned around and flipped the stunning modern home for a handsome profit: they listed it in June and the pop star/producer, acting under the name of a private trust, bought it three weeks later. Inside the "magazine worthy" home, as the brokerbabble describes it, are retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls, Swarovski light fixtures, Miele appliances, radiant-floor heating, and a "steam shower for at least 2" (whew!); outside there's a motor court formed by 12-foot-tall Calcutta marble colums, parking for 10, and a pool out back offering sweet, sweet views. Yep, sounds about right for a 26-year-old worth $15M.
