Homes that will sell for $100 Million This Year?

You may be surprised to know the fact but it is true that around half dozen homes in United States are priced at over $100 million. Though the super rich owners might be planning to sell these at prices over $100 million, there is some cause of concern considering the fact that some of similar properties listed in the past have sold at a price much lower than the listings.

One of such properties, the Versace Mansion in Miami was listed for $125 million. However, the same was auctioned at a price of $41.5 million. However, not withstanding this downfall, there are certain properties which are likely to get over the $100 million mark.
