UPDATE II: A special Curbed Dumbo correspondent emails, "sure it's 70W b/c they took out the translucent glass behind the clock and replaced it with clear. didn't realize it was going to be a penthouse - i don't care if it faces the BQE, the view of the tree canopy at cadman plaza is a lovely one. though, you'd be one of three - count 'em, three! - clock-face penthouses in dumbo... the eagle warehouse building being the 3rd."
