Recently built this characteristic villa with a modern project intended to recall the traditional stone cottages of the area overlooking the Comacina island is located on a panoramic promontory towards the lake, offering in the garden an infinity pool that leads to an imaginary continuity with the water of the lake.

The magnificent villa has two floors.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are part of an open space area with an incredible 180 degree view of Lake Como. The living area is equipped with every comfort and a modern fireplace with a wood pocket naturally warms the environment on cold days.

Through a large window you can directly access the terrace and the infinity pool of approx. 38 sq.m. The pool area also has a Jacuzzi and a lounge part.

The sleeping area consists of four large en-suite double bedrooms, all with an exciting lake view.
