Casas Vivas is a boutique resort located in the heart of the Douro Valley - an UNESCO World Heritage site. The property is located in Provesende, a thousand years old years village and one of the oldest in Portugal. The village lies in a high plateau offering breath-taking views of the vineyards and valleys, on the north bank.

The Houses will be nestled amongst a certified organic fragrant lavender & aromatic healing herbs along with fruit trees, vegetables that will supply the restaurant - the real 'organic farm to table concept’. The pet-friendly property also comprises a restaurant, a bar lounge, a pool bar, two terraces and a store.

The lofts and the villa are sold fully furnished and equipped with the luxury standards of hospitality. A heated outdoor pool and children’s playing facilities are also available. The region has the best conditions for biking, trekking, wild-life observation, picnics, wine tastings, river cruising, SUPaddling and sail-flying.

The resort will open on the last trimester of 2023. The investment is eligible for the Golden Visa program.
