This wonderful historic and luxurious property is located in one of the most reserved and spectacular spots on the lake.

Just 10 minutes from the center of Como and a few meters from the Sereno Hotel, the Villa is in a dominant position with absolute privacy.

The property is south facing with sunlight all day, boasting unique views of the lake, the surrounding landscape from all corners of the estate and spectacular sunsets.

It is the perfect place to feel and breathe the true atmosphere of the most famous lake in Italy, in all seasons.

The property is spread over several levels.

A concierge welcomes the arrival at the top of the property.

A short descent by car leads to a large panoramic terrace which includes a large garage for 4 cars.

Main villa

From here you can access the main Villa with a freight elevator or via a staircase.

The main unit overlooks a south facing garden with a large swimming pool. A few steps away there is a large grotto with windows, in which the gym and atelier have been created.

In addition there is a further solarium area with a whirlpool tub overlooking the harbor and the town of Torno.

The main villa was built in 1830 by a famous local artist. It hosts 4 double bedrooms and a family suite with two bedrooms (2 + 2), each with private bathroom.

Along with a large dining and entertainment area leading to the garden, with spectacular views of the lake.

There is a staff area consisting of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The total capacity, excluding staff, is 16 people (12 adults and 4 children, ideally).

The garden is majestic and enriched by a statue of the local artist Giuseppe Croff. The garden is on several levels offering a sensational view of Lake Como from a variety of altitudes and angles. It ends in a spectacular rock garden with a private waterfall.

There is plenty of space to relax, celebrate or find privacy for a romantic stroll or enjoy a good book by the lake.

A private path will easily lead you to the center of Torno, where you can soak up the atmosphere in one of the lakeside restaurants.

Waterfront villa

A path then descends through the garden to the lakeside villa with dock:

the top floor includes a private presidential suite consisting of 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, a twin bedroom accessible via a spiral staircase and opening onto the living area, a dedicated kitchen and a living room / cinema room.

Moreover, on lower level there is a games room and a spa area to relax and unwind.
