Can Simon is a totally renewed traditional villa, located in a secluded quiet area with a private drive secured by an electronic gate. It has sensational views to Formentera, Ibiza and the harbour. By car it is fifteen minutes to the airport and five minutes to Ibiza Town and the harbour area.

This is an original finca, more than 400 years old which has been recently renovated. It has ten double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, plus a separate service house with two additional rooms for the service. The large walls of the finca are almost 3ft thick.
