In a splendid Art Nouveau building built in the 1920s, we offer for sale, on the 3rd floor, an apartment consisting of: entrance into a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom with access to the small balcony facing inside, and bedroom with walk-in closet and small balcony overlooking the courtyard via Manzoni. The house was the subject of a different distribution of spaces, and it was repainted two years ago. There are air conditioners in all rooms except the kitchen. The elevator is under construction, the iron scaffolding has been assembled, while the engines and lift were assembled at the beginning of August. The technicians will ensure its functionality for the month of September. There is no parking space, but there is the possibility of paying for it (average cost €100/130 depending on the type of car). In the building, the internal painting of the stairs, new intercoms and resurfacing of the street entrance flooring have been planned.
