Unique story here. The former home had an extensive electrical fire in 2020. The decision was made to totally tear it down and start all over again. The foundation was fine so the NEW home was built on the same footprint. The new home was completed in July 2022. So the physical age is less than two years old and had a year and a half of occupancy to break it in. There are 4 bedrooms with one of the on the main floor, no small bedrooms in this one. The main bedroom has a connecting bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub for the enjoyable evenings with the wine and a good book.
