Ibiza - Modern intimate house with swimming pool

LOCATION: Ibiza, west coast, elite settlement. . The position of the house is in a quiet environment, a ten minute walk to the famous Cala Vedella bay, a beautiful sandy beach with cafes and restaurants.

DESCRIPTION:Interesting, modern house of 180 m2 on a plot of 2000 m2of fantastic horticulture of Mediterranean plants (pine trees, palm trees), which provides shade, intimacy and a relaxing atmosphere with rich fragrances.
It consists of two floors, both facing the garden with a swimming pool. The ground floor has an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom leads directly to the garden with a large swimming pool (10x5). The position of the sleeping area on the ground floor is a smart solution, considering that the lower floor is cooler and provides the comfort of direct access to the pool. On the upper floor there is an open space for living and dining, kitchen and storage, with a loggia of an introverted character, on one side, and a large terrace on the other side, which is directly connected with the staircase to the garden and pool area, as well as an additional roof terrace with an exceptional view.
The superb project, with various architectural tricks, ensured different views and variability of light and shadow in the interior.
