Pine Bay Apartments is a planned multifamily development on a 5.67 acre parcel located at 5490 Purdy Lane in West Palm Beach, Florida. It has an approved site plan from Palm Beach County for the construction of 86 apartment units (62 two bedroom/two bathroom units and 24 three bedroom/two bathroom units). All the three bedroom units will have balconies. The development proposes four different apartment types which will be luxurious in nature. There will be a total of six two-story buildings: five of which will have 16 units and one building with 6 units. There will be a 1,200 SF clubhouse. The three/two unit apartments will be 1,410 SF and the two/two unit apartments will be 1,070 SF. There are 199 parking spaces provided for this project.
