The property, located in the parish of Sandringham, Norfolk, United Kingdom, was acquired by the royal family in 1862 and was the monarch's preferred country house, where she spent important festive occasions such as Christmas. In fact, it was at the mansion that she delivered her first televised Christmas message in 1957. The country house is where the royal family gathered, especially during the holiday season, and evokes a cozy atmosphere for special moments. Sandringham House has also been considered the most comfortable house in England.

Elizabeth II: luxury and sustainability

Environmental care is also present in the conception and development of the project through Eco Royal, the construction company's internal sustainability project.
