Gessele Empreendimentos, renowned for its luxury residences inspired by European royalty, brings a great novelty to the coast of Santa Catarina. Itapema (SC) will have a luxury development inspired by Sandringham House, the preferred country house of Queen Elizabeth II. This is the pre-launch of the construction company, which brings together exclusivity and sophistication and is a tribute to the monarch with the longest reign in British history.

Inspiration in elegance and family atmosphere

Just like Gessele's other developments, which have their architecture inspired by castles or royal residences, Elizabeth II will feature elements reminiscent of Sandringham House. The property, located in the parish of Sandringham, Norfolk, United Kingdom, was acquired by the royal family in 1862 and was the monarch's preferred country house, where she spent important festive occasions such as Christmas. In fact, it was at the mansion that she delivered her first televised Christmas message in 1957. The country house is where the royal family gathered, especially during the holiday season, and evokes a cozy atmosphere for special moments. Sandringham House has also been considered the most comfortable house in England.

Elizabeth II: luxury and sustainability

Environmental care is also present in the conception and development of the project through Eco Royal, the construction company's internal sustainability project. Among them is the management of construction waste; sustainable rainwater harvesting system for common areas; ozone treatment in the water tank to make tap water potable and also in the pools; anti-noise system between floors with PET wool, a sustainable, intelligent, and effective solution; laminated double-glazed windows with UVA and UVB protection with insulation and infrastructure for electric car charging.
