Captivated by the colors, scents, and warmth of the place, they purchased a plot with views of Capri and Li Galli. The villa was built to host friends and family, turning their days into sunsets, toasts, and simple pleasures—moments still alive in its spaces today. Passed down through generations, the villa retains its original charm, with lush gardens and terraces that invite guests to enjoy morning espresso and perhaps spot dolphins or tuna between August and October.

Villa Le Scale accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms: four in the main villa, two in the independent annex. Three bedrooms in the main villa open onto a panoramic terrace. The ground floor includes living room, air-conditioned TV lounge, dining area, full kitchen, guest bathroom, and an olive-tree courtyard with sea views. Outdoors, you’ll find a 60 m2 panoramic terrace, hydromassage area, Mediterranean garden, and exclusive sea access via 100 stone steps to a private rocky platform. The property offers parking for three cars, private ramp access, daily housekeeping, mid-week linen change, utilities, Wi‐Fi, and separate laundry facilities.
