Stairs off the kitchen to a private room that may be used as an office and has a single bed. The 16' X 33' open living/dining room and 4 of the 5 bedrooms have mini split AC. Most of the time the bay breezes and big trees keep the home cool. High speed wifi. Side patio has outdoor shower and changing room and gas grill. This is a place to spend a few weeks and experience the old North Fork at it's best! Available July 3, 2027-July 31, 2027 with a two week minimum.
