Samaná Valley Development – Eco-Luxury Resort & Residential Community

Located in El Valle on the Samaná Peninsula in the Dominican Republic, Samaná Valley Development encompasses 20.4 hectares of lush tropical landscape with approximately 500 meters of pristine beachfront. The amphitheater-shaped property rises from sea level to 160 meters, providing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding rainforest.
