Villa Jade is the flagship masterpiece of AZULIK Villas Tulum, a 1,600 m2 habitable sculpture resting on a 2,403 m2 lot bordered by jungle and green common space. Conceived by Roth Architecture, the globally celebrated studio guided by Eduardo Neira “Roth”, it fuses ancestral wisdom with avant-garde form to redefine organic luxury.

Built entirely by hand using local materials, the villa’s fluid geometry grows from the terrain itself—an example of Roth’s textile architecture, where architecture becomes a woven extension of the landscape. This design philosophy, rooted in Nature, Art, and Ancestry, has earned Roth Architecture international recognition—from Architizer A+ to Frame Awards—for pioneering sustainable, sensory design .

Inside, interconnected volumes flow into open-air lounges and private pools, creating a dynamic interplay of light, texture, and shadow. Oriented northwest to the jungle and southeast toward green communal areas, Villa Jade offers complete privacy and immersion in nature’s rhythm.
