The property accommodates up to 10 guests and is arranged across three levels served by a private lift, offering five double bedrooms distributed to ensure comfort and privacy. Spacious communal areas include a living room with fireplace, a dedicated lounge for relaxation and entertainment, a fully equipped bar area, and modern kitchens suited for both everyday use and private dining experiences.

Wellness is an integral part of the residence. The villa features a panoramic sauna, two outdoor whirlpools—one in the garden and one on a terrace—both overlooking the Dolomites, as well as a dedicated fitness area. Terraces and outdoor spaces are designed to embrace the surrounding landscape, offering moments of tranquillity, conviviality and immersion in nature throughout the year.
