The Bow Building

Conceived in the late 1800’s with a Queen Anne cast iron façade by George Harding, 242 5th Avenue was born atop Madison Square Park, crowned with intricate ornamentation and tied up with a cast iron bow. Over 135 years later, The Bow Building is born again, its cast iron façade restored to perfection, as the newest luxury rental residence to grace the booming NoMad neighborhood.
