The site holds valid Health Canada (HC) and CRA licences for cannabis cultivation, processing, and sales. In addition, a Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) certificate was issued on January 1, 2026.The facility is equipped with a sophisticated HVAC system to support controlled-environment operations. In October 2025, the site was further upgraded with the installation of 185 LED grow lights and 110 under-canopy lighting units.Beyond cannabis production, the property is highly versatile and well-suited for food production, manufacturing, horticulture, and other high electrical-load operations.
