Custom expansive windows offer priceless Central Park views. Living rooms feature fireplaces, a hidden flatscreen TV, a private bar, and elevated ten-foot ceiling heights. Oak floors are hand-laid in a herringbone pattern. The kitchen is appointed with custom millwork cabinetry, a suite of Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, and a climate-controlled wine cellar and pantry. The five-fixture primary bathrooms are finished in book-matched Calacatta marble with satin nickel Dornbracht fittings.
