1300s stone farmhouse renovated with swimming pool, sauna, gym, solar panels, on the hill near Loro Ciuffenna in a panoramic position with breathtaking views of the Valdarno and the Chianti mountains, at 350 meters above sea level. The farmhouse, built in the 1300s, spans three levels and has recently been renovated into an elegant rustic-style country residence featuring four bedrooms along with two annexes, one converted into a guest house and the second into a spa with gym and sauna room. All interiors boast charming wooden ceilings, some rooms retain the original terracotta floors and beautifully crafted stone fireplaces, combined with new finishes including wooden fixtures and double-glazed thermal windows, parquet floors, ceramic-tiled bathrooms, and a new photovoltaic system for electricity and hot water during the summer months.
