In a few steps, the sand and turquoise waters are available to you. The villa opens onto the sea, with a terrace and a pool facing the bay of Flamands, the setting sun, and the horizon with the eye of Saint Martin. The view is over the entire beach, with its beach restaurants, within walking distance, for lunches with your feet in the sand. At sunset, the sky and the sea are tinged with purple and glowing colors.
