77 bleecker is a beautiful pre-war building built in 1930. This building combines old and new architecture, fronts on Mercer Street and Broadway. One of the most dynamic and interesting areas of Manhattan is Lower Broadway between the Grace Episcopal Church, where Broadway begins its angle path to the north, and Canal Street.Architecturally, this is one of the richest areas in the city, full of fascinating commercial buildings from the turn of the 20th Century and earlier.
