Million Dollar Listing brokerage pushes into Spain

Nest Seekers International, the US-based property brokerage behind TV shows Million Dollar Listing and Million Dollar Beach House – has made a move on the Spanish market, teaming up with Marbella-based Drumelia Real Estate.

It’s “the start of a wider launch into the Spanish market,” declares Nest Seekers, which is planning to build a network of agents in all the country’s top-end property hotspots.

The Marbella outpost is being run from a “co-brokered” office in Puerto Banus. It covers a chunks of southern Spain around the Costa del Sol.

Early joint-listings include a the contemporary Villa El Nido on Marbella’s Golden Mile, with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and advanced home automation (€21.9m);  Villa Serenity, with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a spa with indoor heated pool, gym and games room (€14.6m), and a modern mansion house in Zagaleta with nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, spa and panoramic views (€14.5m).

 

 

 

The team – helmed by Drumelia’s Artur Loginov – is keen to point out that Spain offers a Golden Visa to non-EU buyers who spend more than €500,000 on property – which can be exchanged for a Spanish residency permit and can potentially lead to permanent residency.
