Socialite couple lists Hamptons party palace for $50K/month

Socialite couple David Rosenberg and life coach/model Tinamarie Clark have previously hosted July 4 bashes at their lavish Hamptons property for celebs including Justin and Hailey Bieber, and Tiffany Trump.

This year, they are listing their 12-bedroom, 11-bathroom spread on Ocean Road in Bridgehampton as a summer rental for $550,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

It’s also available for $50,000/month during March and April for any New Yorkers looking to flee the coronavirus’ spread in the city.

The 10,391-square-foot home sits on 3.7 acres and features vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, a breakfast room, a formal dining room and a gym.

Outside, there’s a pool and spa, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen, a tennis court, a hard-surface basketball court and a sand volleyball court.

The pool area, for its part, has double-wide wooden chaise lounges and hammocks for lounging.
