Two mixed-use Soho buildings have hit the market for a combined $24 million, the properties’ exclusive listing broker told The Real Deal.

The buildings, at 287 Bleecker Street and 184 Prince Street, have been owned by the same family, the Launis, for decades, property records show. The family owns the buildings under the company name GTA Realty. The buildings are listed by Elio Gerbi of Nest Seekers International, a recent recruit to the brokerage from Italy.

The 10,000-square-foot, five-story Bleecker Street property, near Seventh Avenue, has eight residential units and two commercial spaces, Gerbi said. It can be delivered vacant. Meanwhile, the 3,000-square-foot Prince Street building, between Thompson and Sullivan streets, has four residential units and a commercial space.

The latter property is home to Piccola Cucina, the eatery headed by famed Sicilian chef Philip Guardione.

The Launis were not immediately available for comment.

Multi-family assets have seen their values rocket in recent months. This summer, Benchmark Real Estate Group sold a 10-unit, 6,705-square-foot building at 48 Bedford Street on the corner of Seventh Avenue to Carl Demler, the owner of Beethoven Pianos, for $9.5 million, having purchased it for less than $4.5 million last year
