Catherine Brooke Hollmann

Catherine is originally from Annapolis, Maryland, originating from a family of Attorneys. After attending Baltimore School For The Arts with a Fine Arts major, Ms. Hollmann moved to NYC to attend Fashion Institute of Technology. She studied for four years and received an A.A.S. Degree in Advertising & Marketing, with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. After her studies, Ms. Hollmann went into the design & marketing fields, in the areas of fashion & graphic design, advertising, editorial, and marketing.

Catherine combined her artistic talents, business development, marketing and sales skills, and got into real estate. She started her career with Highline Residential, and then moved on to NestSeekers in Manhattan. After moving to South Florida in 2020, she became dually licensed in real estate (NY & FL).

While in the New York city market, Catherine worked on leasing and sales, recruitment and human resources, client account management, multifamily property management, and development in both residential and commercial areas.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, writing, photography, and art.
