Christopher “Chris” Escueta represents his clients from NYC to Southern California and all parts in between. When asked by his family and friends what attracts him most to the city, he replies, “it’s the energy, diverse people, architecture, culinary scene and fashion” that brings him back and encourages others to visit or ultimately call it home...or a second home.

As a product of two Philippine immigrants who built a successful insurance agency that then spun into real estate investment and management, Chris was taught from an early age to look at the big picture. He applies the same approach with his clients. That same mentality was used to empower his real estate broker clients when he partnered with them during his tenure at real estate data site, Zillow.

With a versatile background in start-up sales and recruitment, Chris has a knack for seeking out potential. But most importantly, he cares about his clients. One of his greatest characteristics is empathy. He treats his clients’ potential investment decisions as if they are his. As someone who has grown to love the city and all its surroundings, he wishes to share the same for others.

Currently Chris calls Gramercy Park his home neighborhood. He loves the historical charm of the park along with the coffee and artisan cheese shops strolling down Irving Place.

When he isn’t canvassing the city, Chris is involved in charitable and volunteer work. He believes it is important to give back. His Catholic faith is also very important to him and the foundation of his soul. He is a parishioner at Old St. Patrick’s Basilica in Nolita. When he does find some down time, you can find him along the East River run path, hosting dinner parties and discovering delicious DIY recipes to impress his guests at those dinner parties. His interests include mini schnauzers, amateur food blogging and discussing current affairs. Although he lives in NYC, he still roots for his Lakers, Dodgers, Kings and Raiders. He’ll be your go-to for finding your home team’s local watering hole.

Chris earned a double bachelors in Business Administration Marketing and Management from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He also played singles and doubles on the men’s tennis team. Prior to college, he attended St. Francis High School in La Canada, CA and participated in student council and campus ministry.

Feel free to call/text/email Chris for any questions regarding your next purchase or lease. It'll be his pleasure to assist and advise you with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism that is second to none.

Chris Escueta is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
