As Director of Sales at Nest Seekers International, Elan oversees a portfolio exceeding $500 million in new development and resale inventory, representing some of the most sought-after properties in New York City. His career began with an international lens—traveling to more than 30 countries to study global real estate markets and build a powerful network of international clients and investors.

Today, Elan specializes in Brooklyn and Manhattan new development sales, guiding buyers, sellers, landlords, developers, and investors through complex transactions with precision and creativity. Known for his relationship-first approach, Elan prioritizes trust and long-term value, ensuring every client receives strategic insight and white-glove service wherever their real estate goals take them.
