Experienced architect, working for over 10 years in a variety of construction projects. Further specialization in lighting and interior design, with significant involvement in projects across Europe and Middle East. Capacity to manage teams and effectively collaborate to meet deadlines, deliver architectural solutions and meet client requirements. Kathrin has supervise for almost ten years over 30 constructions and renovations high-end properties across worldwide. Prior to her career in Real Estate, she travelled around the world, living for 6 years in Paris graduated Architecture at Ecole Speciale d’Architecture 2004-2010. Afterward, she moved in London 2011-2012 for her master degree in UCL Bartlett in light and lighting design focusing on energy saving and he participated to workshops installations such as '21st century light and space modulator, 100 years SLL ‘Ready Steady Light’ 2012. Then 2011-2014 she gain work experience within Jason Brudjes and Isometrix Companies of high end residential, hotels, commercial projects.Came back in Athens as a freelance architect/lighting designer focusing on restaurants, luxury villas/apartments construction/renovation. She then went in Qatar to join the architectural team of underground metro for one year.Parallel to that she continue her projects in Greece and Dubai.She collaborate with construction companies as part of the team for projects in different scale, such as resorts where she learned about business plans, regulations, and construction phases pricing in very tight deadlines with very demanding clients. Throughout her time abroad she gained insight on different communication styles, she learned about different mentalities and negotiations in different languages speaking Greek, English and French.As part of Nest Seekers team, with her background she pay attention on the construction quality over quantity and then she can advise clients concerning construction details of property and for the interior design according their needs.Living abroad and with her experience in the construction sector she consists many years of experience in selling, buying and renting real estate throughout her collaboration with international companies focusing on the interior and lighting design for high-end projects, she developed a passion for housing and the property market.She has been involved to business meetings with the landlord, the project contractor and the investors before they signed the agreement for the project. She is not only experts in her field, but she is also passionate about what she do over the years and she combines very carefully 'architecture and human needs' for each client separately. She likes to be informed about innovate products and she has had a collaboration with a representative for luxury bathroom accessories for housing and hotels spa and she was specializing in sales, paying attention to detail and she can understand of both buyer and seller representation.She is extremely committed to each client is unique and she believe that each property has an identity and deserves an individual approach. With great personal skills due to her collaboration with clients from various backgrounds and with her experience to the architecture and sales products clients get the benefit of negotiation skills.
