Meghan Rooney

After being born in Florida, Meghan lived in California for 14 years before becoming bicoastal by spending time in both New York City, Palm Beach and Los Angeles. Meghan started her career in real estate in 2019 working with the #5 Luxury Team in the USA at her time at Compass Beverly Hills. In her first 2 years Meghan has worked alongside top Beverly Hills agents to assist in selling over $75M in inventory, gaining real estate expertise in the exclusive Beverly Hills, Trousdale, Brentwood, Bel Air, West Hollywood and Malibu markets.

Meghan is now licensed with Nest Seekers in New York, California and Florida. Meghan’s outgoing personality and love of connecting with others, combined with her strategic understanding of the ultra-luxury real estate markets on both coasts position Meghan to stand out when representing her global clients. Meghan earned her Bachelor’s in Business Marketing at Loyola Marymount University before earning her Master’s in Finance at Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. Prior to becoming a full time agent, Meghan worked for a boutique agency that specializes in luxury real estate, resort residences and new development that works with the country’s leading real estate developers. Meghan’s corporate real estate experience allowed her to fine tune her marketing, social media, strategic operations, and negotiation skills to provide clients valuable market data to deliver the best outcome for her clients. Aside from Meghan’s passion for real estate, she is an avid traveler who enjoys being on the water, skiing, tennis, interior design, photography, and spending time with her family.
