Her own two homes were published in Major NY Newspapers in 2010. The article quotes her as saying "It's her favorite Rental".

One of the things Stephanie is the proudest of all is her refusing to sell an easement on her Bridgehampton property forcing the landlocked owners to sell to the Community Preservation Fund, preserving 20 pristine acres, never to be developed.
What makes her the most happiest is helping people "Attain Their Dream", a one month summer rental, or a 13 million dollar Ocean front Purchase.
Giving back to the world is her biggest pleasure, establishing the Rose Melstein Scholarship fund, which grants scholarships to deserving women bi-annually. Stephanie lives with her husband Shane who is a fine and interesting man, a collectibles dealer, and her cat Ginger.
